By using lunastri.com (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. These terms apply alongside our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your data.
Lunastri is a multilingual spirituality platform currently offering a free numerology calculator, educational guides, and a waitlist for upcoming features, including a future marketplace connecting users with verified spiritual practitioners.
Lunastri is operated by Astri Hernandez Lanza, an individual based in France, trading as Lunastri.
You acknowledge that decisions you make based on content found on Lunastri are your own responsibility.
You must be at least 16 years old to use Lunastri or submit any form on the Site. If you are under 18, you should have a parent or guardian's permission to use the Site.
Joining the waitlist or submitting a practitioner application does not guarantee access to future features or acceptance as a practitioner. We review all practitioner applications personally and reserve the right to accept or decline any application at our discretion, in order to maintain a trustworthy and curated community.
You agree to provide accurate information when submitting any form on the Site.

The Lunastri name, logo, brand identity, written content (including all guides, readings, and the founder's story), and platform design are the proprietary intellectual property of Astri Hernandez Lanza. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without explicit written permission.
You retain ownership of any information you submit to us (such as your application content), but you grant us a licence to use it for the purpose of operating and improving Lunastri, consistent with our Privacy Policy.
Lunastri is provided "as is" and "as available." While we work to keep the Site accurate, secure, and available, we make no warranties — express or implied — regarding the Site's reliability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. Numerology readings reflect a specific spiritual and educational tradition and are not claims of scientific fact.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Astri Hernandez Lanza and Lunastri shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, including but not limited to decisions made based on numerology readings or other content.
We may add, change, or remove features of Lunastri at any time, including during the transition from Phase 1 to later phases of the platform. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant changes to active waitlist subscribers and practitioner applicants.
We reserve the right to remove any practitioner application, suspend access, or restrict use of the Site for anyone who violates these terms, engages in fraudulent behaviour, or whose conduct we reasonably believe is harmful to the Lunastri community.
These terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Lunastri will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer under EU law to bring proceedings in your country of residence.
We may update these Terms of Use as Lunastri evolves. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date at the top. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
